The Cine Club focuses on the art of filmmaking. With its weekly projections of important and award-winning movies the Club aims to present to the university community the magic of the seventh art. Members have the opportunity to suggest movies for projection, to take part in the organization of projections, and to plan other activities of the Club. Future goals of the Club include invitation of distinguished individuals for lectures at the University, the organization of a small film festival, members getting to learn how movies are produced, as well as collaboration with local independent agents related to cinema.
